All fees will be paid in full before departure!

Half of all fees are required at booking as a non-refundable deposit. If your trip is paid in full when booked and you cannot meet that obligation, half of full fees paid will be returned.

Extra vehicle tours by reservation only. Visa and mastercard accepted.

If for some unforseen reason a trip can not be accomodated by a guide after booking, all fees will be returned.

Unless otherwise arranged. morning runs will be Monday thru Wednesday, starting at 6a.m.- until we arrive back.

Evening runs will start late morning, noon at the latest and run until we arrive home again.

(Our variable start time is to optimize the best viewing opportunities of sunrises, sunsets, wildlife etc. As daylight hours changes throughout the year and the days get shorter, we can arrange complete day tours.)

Notes:

Weather can change quickly here and tours can be altered to accommodate the weather. Some comforts will be afforded, but beware of the potential climate changes and temperature variances during all of our tours. Layers of clothing are best. Jackets should be taken. You never know what the weather will do, so be prepared.

Safety First! Our guides have all grown up in this area and understand that keeping an eye out in the distance for trouble is the best practice.

This is high mountain/desert country! It is a dry environment so drink a lot of water.

Cameras are a must for all tours dang it!

We will also provide field glasses for a closer look at the view as well as wildlife.

Arrangements for pickup and departure will be made at time of booking.
